Common questions
What counts as a vehicle?
A vehicle is any car or unit moved through Blink during a billing month — collections, deliveries, prep runs, and site-to-site transfers all count.
How does annual billing work?
Switch to annual billing and your base plan is invoiced upfront at a 20% discount versus paying monthly. Any vehicles beyond your plan’s allowance are still billed monthly, so overage costs stay pay-as-you-go.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I go over my vehicle limit?
Each plan includes a set number of vehicles — from 50 on Micro up to 1,500 on Enterprise. Beyond that, extra vehicles are billed at your plan’s per-vehicle rate, and we’ll always show you the cost before it’s charged. If you’re consistently moving 2,500+ vehicles a month, Enterprise+ offers custom volume pricing instead — just contact sales.
Do you offer API access or integrations?
Yes — Economy and above include API access and webhooks, so you can connect Blink to your DMS or other dealership systems. Growth and Enterprise also include custom development for more complex integrations.
