What counts as a vehicle?
A vehicle is any car, van, or unit that is moved through Blink during a billing month. Vehicles allocated to a job count toward your plan’s included allowance.
How does annual billing work?
Switch to annual billing and your base plan is invoiced upfront at a 20% discount versus paying monthly. Any vehicles beyond your plan’s allowance are still billed monthly, so overage costs stay pay-as-you-go.
Can I change plans?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do I need to pay extra for add-ons or new features?
No — every plan gets the full Blink platform, not a limited slice of it. There are no paid add-ons and no features locked behind a higher tier. We ship new features to everyone continuously at no extra cost — you just pay for the vehicles you move.
What happens if I go over my vehicle limit?
Each plan includes a set number of vehicles — from 20 on Lite up to 900 on Enterprise. Beyond that, extra vehicles are billed at your plan’s per-vehicle rate, and we’ll always show you the cost before it’s charged. If you’re consistently moving 2,000+ vehicles a month, Enterprise+ offers volume pricing from £1,899.99/month instead — just contact sales.
